Participantw/pool diplomat, will go through majority of cycle without heating, but for example. on 30min quick, it will actuate element for about 2 mins, and thats it… p/s gridis clear, and tests out ok, module is obv sending power out to element, and element is obvs ok too. not sure what the calibration should be for the ntc, but its not o/c… bit stuck really, thinking about it must admit havent checked any of the regen valves, but then cust did admit he was putting dw liquid in with the tablets as they kept pinging out the dispenser… (!) so had hoped it was overfoaming as it took 5 fills and drains to get rid off all the major suds… but it still wont heat up to steaming even on a 65* wash and therefore wont risidually dry properly.
dont suppose anyone has any programme breakdowns of when the heater should be actuated during use? im suspecting module, but in pristine condition, no burn outs, so could only be corrupted if it is, but hoping not…

Heater relay duff? Pop another relay on board and see if I stay on longer on the quick wash programme

yip, was the ntc, for those requiring future reference. the old type used spade terminals but new version has the moulded terminals, this had the old type and google/here feedback implies it was changed due to it being crap and going wrong 😛
