dirty dishes

Hi have ignis dishwasher and is leaveing the cutlery with food residue on them have changed the wash pump and drain pump still the same it drains and heats ok any ideas anyone 😕

3in1 or 5in1 tabs? Spray arms blocked?

Thanks for that, have checked spray arms, will advise her re product that she is using. Will let you know how I get on.

if its a whirlpool dishwasher then check to make sure the upper spray arm feed pipe is clipped into the into the housing in sunp pan if not then the clips have broken and will need a new feed pipe retainer
