Dirty Dishes

My daughter in law has a Zanussi table top dishwasher which is leaving the dishes dirty.
So far she has cleaned the insides, the arm, the filters and flushed it through with a special cleaner but the dishes are coming out with grit on them and the glasses frosted.

Any advice please?

I’ve looked through those 😯 and having cleaned everything and checked which detergent she’s using (Fairy melts) its looking like it might be a more technical fault like a dirty sump maybe?

As the outside door skin got cracked when they moved perhaps its time to think about replacing it. 🙁
