We have a Bosch Exxcel 7, which is 4 years old. We ran a whites wash and everything has come out absolutely filthy. We regularly run a maintenance wash so was rather surprised, there was also muck on the inside of the door. I pulled the dispenser drawer out to check, it was fine, but when I looked inside where the drawer goes, above it it, I was shocked to see it covered in horrible black muck. I’ve managed to scrub somme of it away with a brush, but looking for help how to really get it clean and how this can happen.
I have photos, but don’y know how to upload them.

its common for the draws to get black these days, its because there is no hot water running through

you say you do a maintenance wash with what and how ?

the muck on that look like gunge that builds up in the door rubber

get a cloth and wipe around the rubber especially where the stainless drum and the rubber meet. do it in such a way to simulate washing that may be hanging out of the drum and going round. my guess is this is where the marks have come from
