posted twice in trade technical,they seem to upload then disapeare, anyone else have this problem.or am i doing something wrong.

I’ve just made your last one disappear from the Trade TECHNICAL forum, and as if by magic it has reappeared in the Trade SPARES forum. 😉
Trade Technical. Technical queries, notices of recalls and the likes, basically anything that involves a toolbox!
Trade Spares. Spares, spares enquiries, spares problems and anything else spare parts related.
PS. It wasn’t me that moved your first one but I have now deleted that one from the spares forum to avoid confusion.

Damnit, I put the first one in the Spares forum, then deleted the second one in Tech! And pm’d DD – how many does that make? 😀

The fact is that multiple posts that are copied and pasted get deleted after the first instance.
I do it without more than a cursory look to see that they’re the same as it’s mostly the public seeking attention with multiple posts all over the place. It’s messy, untidy and just confuses people as well as the responses.
If you post once then one of two things will happen to it….
It’ll get answered if someone can answer it.
It’ll get moved to the correct forum and then answered if someone can answer.
Posting multiple times with the same questions does not get more answers, faster answers or more attention, it just hacks people off. Especially the moderators and site admin as they have to sort the mess.
The mods are brilliant at what they do in sorting stuff out though but, on the odd occasion like this one, it goes wrong. The lesson is though, post once, to one forum only to get a result. 😉
