Hello, Everyone!
My first post in this forum……my Dyson DC-17 Animal sucked up a small animal….(no joke, no pun intended,) which is lodged inside the cyclone unit and smelling to high heaven!
I need to disassemble the cyclone, as soon as possible, to remedy this! The problem is, two of the four screws at the bottom stage of the cyclone are off to the side, close to the perimeter of the unit, just out of reach of any typical straight-shanked screwdriver.
Before I go searching the planet for a flexible screwdriver, I’m hoping someone here has sucessfully made such a repair, and can advise me if I am perhaps missing something, regarding the lay-out of the screws inside this cyclone unit.
Anyone?
Thanks so much!
