Dishwasher Diplomat ADP8502 PULSATING LIGHTS

I have a Diplomat ADP8502 dishwasher It works alright but stutters and stops now and again. To begin the lights pulsate and the machine makes noise like it is struggling to empty. Can anyone help please?

sound to me like the power supply capacitor on the pcb has gone
you need to find an engineer who will change it to see if it cures it

Thanks Dave for your reply but it sounds too expensive from the quotes I got, so I will just let it stutter on, until it finishes and get a new machine.

thats a bit steep

have you searched for an engineer on this site?

if you were near me and it was the power supply problem we would do the whole job under £60
