flashing lights on 3 (eco) and 4 (fast wash) and water is not draining away. have cleared pipe at back and started to fill up again but stopped again. have taken base off but and plastic container at top appears full of water but dont know how to disconnect this.

if you can get the drain hose into a bucket or bowl drain as much water as you can by gravity. UN PLUG machine on its left side, towel under drain pump and take it off to see if there is an obstuction in ther, rice, piece of glass which is stopping the inpeller rotating
