    Hi

    Got a strange intermittent beeping going on with my Whirlpool Generation 2000+ G2P DWI. Any ideas what I have been doing wrong and how I can stop it? When on it the right hand light flashes and the setting is stuck on the 1st option (spray) and beeps when we shut the door. Is it needing a maintenace maybe?

    Details for the eqpt are:
    MOD: G2P DWI/1 WH
    TYP: NIC
    Service: 8542 347 15810
    SER: 33 0305 007568

    The light flashing should be in some sort of sequence. x flashes – pause etc.

    If you count those and let us know, it should indicate an error code.

    unfortunately not no, the flashing is very regular without any pauses. When the door is shut the beeping is in time with the flashing (I guess because the flashing isn’t visible)

    Timing wise the cycle is approximately a second, with the light being on for half the time that it is off – if that makes any sense!!!

    Thta’s a single flash then which indicates an NTC error normally.

    A pretty straightforward repair, check Repairs@ there should be an engineer near you that can sort this one for you 🙂
