dishwasher parts diagram

I’m not sure if this is the correct forum for asking this, so if it’s not my appologies.

Im sure there are a number of people out there like myself who would consider themselves ‘competent’ with small repairs of appliances, but have trouble naming certain parts.

Basically I would like to know if anyone knows of a website that shows the main parts of a dishwasher and what they do?

Not sure about on the web, but Haynes publish both a washing machine and a dishwasher book.

Well Haynes workshop manuals have long been available for the keen DIY’er to purchase. We on this site do our best to help someone and I feel sure if you can elaborate further as to your problem (within the Dishwasher forum that is 😉 ) we will endeavor to help you out in whatever way we can. 🙂

Hi, yes I agree this site does a fantastic job and I would at times be lost without the help of others.

It just helps with anything to have a basic knowledge of the working parts and to see what they do. I havent come across anything but the most basic diagrams.

Ive seen the Haynes manual in shops and may well buy one.
