12 hours and 14 minutes is the answer to the question not posted on the forum………… 😀

OK, power off, side panel off. I’m doing the left hand side – envisage the brake block as a cake with a slice out. Orientate it so that the missing slice is aligned 12 – 3 o’clock, with the tongue at the top. Slide the block into the lower part of the vertical chassis rail and push home until the tongue clicke into place. Slide the brake band through and round, and hook onto the hinge hook, With the door closed, attach the spring and using a very stout hook or loop, haul the spring up and onto the support hook on the vertical chassis rail. I’d wear work gloves for that last bit – the spring is very powerful and the metal work is very sharp.

An easy job in the end, what confused me was I found the broken plastic brake blocks in bits nowhere near where they were sposed to fit. Cheers again penguin.
I know its a longshot but can you sort my golf swing out as well. 😆
