dishwasher problem

anyone out there able to help me with a dishwasher problem? Everything works fine, but when the cycle is finished everything is smeary and would appear not to have been rinsed properly. Tried different programmes, tried extra drying – no change. Crockery has almost a film over it and the glasses are really bad, but it is all clean! It is a White-Westinghouse 60cm integrated machine which is just coming up 2 years old. I have also checked salt, filter and rinse aid and all OK. Confused! 😕
