    Hello I would like to know a bit about the running condition of the Whirlpool ADG5010 A++ dishwasher.

    does anyone know if the wash pump should be on all the time during a wash cycle. i know it has a jet selector which rotates. Should the pump shut down between each selection or does it just stay on.

    Diverter valve will transfer water between wash rotors as it washes, pump will run throughout the cycle when machine is full.

    aqualectric Thank you for the reply. I am learning how the dishwasher works and what is running during each event, so this is good to know.
