dishwasher stopping mid cycle

hi

my neff dishwasher s5433x0gb/12 is doing some strange things, whenever i put it on any wash it runs fine for about 10mins then stops, when i open the door i cannot reset the machine as all the lights have gone out, switching the power on and off seems to do nothing. After about 5-10 mins the lights on the machine will come back on again and i can reset the progaraame to pump out the water.

When the machine stops there is cold water in the machine still.
any info or tips on where to look will be gratefully received.

I would first check the mains socket and plug for signs of overheating or if you have wired the plug yourself I would check to see that the screw terminals are making good contact to the wires.
Try those for starters 😉

i’ve just checked the connections and fuses and they all seem fine, no obvious signs of overheating anyway,

Ok
How about the connectors on the module.the mains suppressor at the rear or dry joint /s on the module. Power off of course prior to investigation :plug:
