Not sure if fascia panel is the right word-but i mean -if you have a fitted kitchen,a dishwasher that can accept a fitted unit door.
I am buying another house and have to leave my dishwasher behind. I am looking for a dishwasher (not one of the narrow ones hopefully) that can fit into the existing kitchen (that we will replace within a year or two) and can then be fitted into the new kitchen.

Do all dishwashers accept these panels?
I am looking for performance not a cheap dishwasher.

    Hi teresa

I think the appliance you are looking for is “integrated” which means a door panel can be fitted. There are two types, one where the control panel is visible these are generally known as semi integrated machines. the other is the fully integrated where the whole of the appliance is behind a door panel, the controls on these are on the top edge of the appliance door.

Most manufacturers market both types, for all round good quality of machine the Bosch and Neff ranges are about the best. A two year warranty is included too and without breaking the bank 😉

A good article here on machine types may help http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … age&pid=18
