Just changed the pump on this was the old style induction motor with magnetically coupled pump which was not running, now direct drive new pump works OK but!! when the dishwasher fills pump starts then stops, fills a bit more then starts and continues to stop and start 3 or 4 times then empties and beeps.
checked the thermistor, heater, and inlet flow paddle with reed switch and no apparent damage to control module .. scratching my head here trying to figure out what the problem is, have tried all programs deleting between cycles but no joy.

This machine has no pressure switches and looks about as simple as you can get, it is filling to the right level but continues to exhibit this fault.

Any ideas would be gratefully recieved

Has it got an N.T.C in the rhs of the sump or is it an older model?

    Hi
NTC sensor is in the sump at the front of the machine tested that and it seems OK cold 148K hot 12k that seems the same as a new one.

Taken off the matrix its very clean cleaned all the contacts on the connector to the flow meter made sure the contacts are touching the board and tested for continuity up to control module, it’s switching OK tested it with a meter.

Machine fills pump starts then stops, it fills a small amount again and continues to start and stop 6 times then empties bleeper sounds 3 short then 1 long bleep.

dont know if that is the fault indication?
I dont have the test sequence for this machine

    Thanks

    Hiya,
Are you getting an error code?
There is an OWI in the sump.
Did the plug to this get damp?
If not, I’d suspect the OWI.
Run the engineer test program on it, see what happens.

    Hi
This machine has no optical water sensor only a paddle wheel with a reed switch at the bottom of the matrix that is pulsing on and off when the meter is connected.
I dont have the test sequence for this dishwasher so can’t decipher the bleep codes, it only has a start led and an led for each program no fault display.
    hope this helps

    Hiya,
Give us the 85 number and I’ll have a look at the correct model.
The ADG7560 shows an optical water indicator.

Been over everything checked all contacts from sensors back to the control board same fault over and over again

I have the test sequence for ADG957 but this one uses a different control module although menu on control panel is roughly the same.

    cheers

    Thanks help on this
I have run the test sequence as everyting else seems OK the fault must be a faulty control module, Initial fault was just the wash pump motor.
The cost of the motor + the control module is now taking the machine towards the region of an uneconomic repair.
