    Hi

    I have a Hotpoint LFT114 that won’t turn on. It worked fine on Saturday but then on Sunday when I pressed the power button nothing happened – no lights, nothing. On Monday morning I decided to give it another shot, first press did nothing, second press the lights came on. As I went to close the door the lights went out and since then nothing happens when I press the power button.

    The dishwasher is 6 1/2 years old.

    I’ve checked the power socket and it works fine. Since the lights came on this morning I’m assuming the fuse in the plug is fine as well.

    Any help would be much appreciated!
