Disposal of old appliances and WEEE

    We use a contractor to do our installs and he disposes of the appliances, however i have found out today that he no longer has a WEEE licence,
    Is it my responsibility to make sure he gets a new licence before we continue using him ?

    Yes.. Also he must have a waste carrier licence.
