Diswasher doesnt clean…. checked rotating bits…

Hi

I have an electrolux ESL 620 dishwasher, about 3-4 years old.

It gradually stopped washing, or even if it does it’s highly ineffective. I have checked the rotating washers, they are clean and there are no bits in them.

The dishwasher does heat the water, as the plates come out hot and if interrupted during the cycle the hot water is there, but still the tablet (3 in 1) we use does not dissolve most of the times.

Any ideas why this may happen and what can be done to help?

It’s almost certainly a water circulation problem by the sound of it.

The next time you interupt the cycle, line both spray arms up then close the door for a few seconds and see if they have moved when you open the door again.

ok that really seems to be the case. I have cleaned the wings again, and hopefully this will sort this out. I will give it a couple of cykles with real dirty dishes 😉 we will see what happens.
