ParticipantI recon hotpoint washers .I regulary buy interlocks,because i fit a new one to every wm .
Ordered some from electrue,as per usual.
Oh dear ,they sent me what looks like dishwasher shelf runners.Fair enough mistakes do happen.
Rung them friday morning and was given a reference number and was told they would ring back later that day.
They never did so rung them late friday,gave them reference number and was told to hold on,he didnt think they had come to a conclusion .After 8 minuites of being on hold i put phone down.
No one has been in touch.I now have an empty shop,with machines waiting for interlocks,which i will not get untill tuesday from masterpart,because i dont know what is happening with electrue,they havent even the decency to get back to me .Will they eventually refund,send me the interlocks i didnt recieve,do i order more in case they dont send the ones that i had orderd.

Monday morning i recieved 1 interlock,not 10 and have been charged for it .
However i have now recieved a nice email and they have arranged for collection ,so all is now good.

I’ve received a few parts that are incorrect in the last few months, and as always it is an absolute nightmare to return them!. Countless e-mails and telephone calls and nobody ever seems to get back to you. I have now been waiting three – four weeks to try and send a part back but have had no response.
I really feel like going back to using partscenter, at least they have a rep that comes and visits.

Indeed he does, checks with you how things are doing, advises on all the latest offers and ensures your special discounts are in place. And before he leaves he takes all the incorrect/damaged stock back with him for credit.
