ModeratorI’m guessing you are posting from Norway? Models numbers may not correspond to UK appliances. What if anything have you had a look at.
The wiring to the door lock is a common failure point, weak connections that burn out.

ParticipantYes, I’m in Norway. I have exchanged door lock, it did not help

ParticipantI find no errors on wires or contacts. I was going to start the washing machine, it came up with F09, but I pulled out the plug for a while, when I reconnected it was gone. The programming buttons work well, I can switch programs as I want

ModeratorDifficult from here as wiring and parts diagrams we have will differ from your machine. An open circuit motor or loose/broken wiring to the motor connecting plug can also affect the door lock. These machine are not held in very high regard in the UK to tell the truth.

ModeratorIt may not correspond with your machine but F09 here is an EEPROM error, a faulty main circuit board.

ParticipantBut he has the mistake I wrote first in the thread. There is (Door Open) in display, instead of the (key drawn) that will come when I start.

ParticipantIt’s right with this too ! may not correspond with your machine but F09 here is an EEPROM error, a faulty main circuit board.Could it be programming after I’ve driven it by car 10mil. You see my English is bad, but I hope you understand what I’m writing

ParticipantI have searched a lot on the internet and my opinion is that the wrong codes are similar to all Hotpoint Ariston, but I’m not sure.

ParticipantEeprom can be programmed ? Maybe there has been a mistake in it after shipping ?
October 4, 2018 at 7:19 pm #458312iadom
ModeratorIn the UK the EEPROM can only be programmed by using expensive equipment or by a Hotpoint/Indesit engineer. Some damage may have occurred in transit. Worth checking all of the connections to the control board.
Your English is vastly superior to my totally non existent Norwegian without a doubt.

ParticipantThanks so much for your reply. I need to contact a service center. Because there are no visible errors with wires or anything else.
