Don’t send him back

Fitted new door rope to a bosch dishwasher this morning ,tested and demonstrated to customer ,plus a few door open and closing just for good measure ,customer phones my office lady today stating that the door has failed again ,and do I know what I’m doing ,I want somebody else and don’t send him back etc ,only slight problem is there is only me , so I sent a text saying that I would refund money and suggested she try else where if she’s doesn’t want me back ,must of had 10 phone calls from her this afternoon ,all ignored ,some people do seem to open there mouths before engaging there brain .
