door cant open

    i hv a margherita model AL536TX – went thru washing cycles. when it ends, door cant open and the light shows door locked. i turn knob to off position and still cant get it to open. my clothes are inside for few days already and lot of water wasted in trying other cycles – can you help

    What happens if you unplug the machine?
