Hi Folks,
The door counterbalance spring has either become disconnected or just failed on one side of the large door on my three year old cooker. Are spares available, and before I start poking about (I am a retired engineer) does anyone have any advice about how best to gain access to it? Thanks in advance for any constructive responses.
