Double Dishdrawer, ok/good to connect it to hot water tap?

Is it feasible to connect it to the hot water tap instead of the cold, so it wont have to electrically heat the water so much?

Basically no !

Unless it specifically states that you can in the installation instructions, even then I wouldn’t recommend it.

There’s another thread on this failrly recently giving various reasons as to why 😉

Two reasons that I know of are 1/ you do not know what the temp is of the incoming water, could be to hot. 2/ the hot water could also bake on rather that take of any thing that would otherwise come of with cold water.
