Dow corning high temp silicone

How do you guys rate this stuff? used it for the first time yesterday on a diplomat cooker glass door to glue hinges on (red sealant).

Hi Simon
I used this stuff for the 1st time a few weeks ago (twice now) I brought the oven doors back to my workshop to do & made sure it dry’s under pressure (Telephone directories on top) for 24 hours then returned to customers.I have not had any come back yet, si I assume that it’s worked fine.

been using the qualtex stuff for a couple of years now with good results you must realy clean the surfaces and degrease first. I always use one tube for one job and discard any left over as it seems to form a solid bung in the tube once the air gets to it.
