Dplomat APM8703/2 will not go into dry cycle

S/no 20062820166 / 014103005 01-02
went to this m/c today, and customer cannot get drier to work, I checked all the components for continuity, all OK, Ie, cut out stat, dry timer, elements, and fan motor, all these have a reading. I found that there is no 240v getting to the drier section at all, everything is dead on the drier side, no broken wires etc.
anybody got a solution, or had this fault. All comments welcome.

Thanks simon, tenant has no instruction book, that could save me some work, passed the message on for her to use 1/2 load button, she said , she would try that on the wash.
