Julia: “Tumble dryer’s making a funy noise”.
Chris: “I’ll look at it on Sunday”.

    So I did:

Boy, will I be in trouble when she gets back from church………

    Chris.

Looks like Chris will have enough time to sort it if Julia has gone to this church today? 😉

Looks like some wicked edges on that Chris….on friday I repaired a Beko dishwasher, just touched an edge with the back of my hand accidentally without even realising….2 hours in A & E later I came out with a glued together cut (they were muttering about stitches too!) 👿

What he’s failed to mention is that I reported the noise several months ago…
However, he did buy me a new t/d a while back when this one finally jammed. It’s only been sat on the patio since Easter.

Well it’s still quicker than the manufacturer would have done it – and they wouldn’t have funded a new one either. That’s independent service for you – quick and reliable!
When our machine didn’t drain, I said to my wife,”Haven’t you cleaned the filter? Tut tut – you’re always telling our customers to do it!”
To which she replied “Yes, but I don’t have a dog to bark myself”. To which I replied, err, nothing. It was too near dinner time to run the risk. 😆
