Drum bearings on WDM 130 01 Hoover

Hi…..can anyone please tell me if it is possible to replace the drum bearings on my washer/dryer.

It’s very noisy and hubby thought he would replace the bearing/s before it gets too bad… but having trouble getting the spider? off the back…….

has he stripped it down already ( sounds like he has )

Thanks for replying helo ….. he’s now got the back off the machine and the pulley wheel off…….

helo….. he is trying to explain to me …. that all he wants to know is … how to get the spindle out with the bearing on ….. does he need a hammer drawer? (if that’s how you spell it).

Entire tub assembly must be removed from cabinet, then tub front off to allow the shft to be driven out. Then you can get at the bearings……..
