    Hi all
    I have an AEG LAVAMAT L 16850 washer drier. It is filling and draining ok but the drum is not turning at all, can anyone help?

    Replace the motor brushes Bubbly! 😀

    Does it have a brush gear motor Martin?

    I checked using the model number and it came up as an inverter motor. 😕

    Ah…..inverter motor eh…….then forget brushes and instead check the small PCB in the base. Chances are part of the circuit has blown, maybe?
