    Hi,

New to the forum (obviously) and came across your forum when trying to find a solution to my washing machines problems.

I have an Ariston AB95 washing machine that recently started going crazy and banging noisly when gearing up to do the spin cycle. I took the back off it today and discovered that the strut things have completely snapped off from the base of the machine on both sides. 😕

Up until now we’d never had a problem in all the years we have had the thing. Would the struts breaking have been caused by another problem, or could I put it down to the fact it was dropped off the back of the moving truck when we moved into our new home about a year ago now? :rolls:

Worth an attempt at a DIY fix or just ditch it and get a new machine?

Thanks in advance, great site you have here, can tell you are a knowledgeable bunch!

    🙂
