    Hi,
    Don,t no what make this D/W is but DW 004 is on handbook ❓
    When power is on all 4 lights are lit on display.
    Basically it is stuck in this position. Can not cancel or programme.
    D/w is empty.
    Any idea’s ❓

    Are there any identifying marks or labels down the side of door when you have it open?

    Did Cuisina not do one that was labelled as a DW004? If it was I think it was a Haier in a dress.

    Hi

    Yes it is a cruisina either a Haier or a brandt.I will have a look at the technical sheet tomorrow and let you know the fault codes.
