ive got a problem with no heat ! on investigation ive check heater is ok but the problem seems to be with the diaphram / microswitch . on wash it seems like the switch isnt being activeted so no nuetral back. any pointers please chaps!! 😀 😀

Welcome to the nut house, Pod.
Standard fault with these Bosch clones is underfilling. Transfer pipe from the fill matrix to the sump clags up over time and prevents full fill, thus not enough water circulating to operate the diaphragm. Remove and clean the pipe. If particularly bad, you may need to remove and clean the pressure switch chamber at the bottom of the fill matrix as well.
