As per title, Hotpoint Aquarius DWF35 shows 199 (time) on the front panel and according to she who must be obeyed isn’t heating. This judgement made on grease still present on “washed plates” and water pooling at the end. From research I see this is likely to be a pcb or heater element. Can someone tell me how to access the element for starters? I have had this apart before, but can’t remembre seeing where the element was?

The heater is situated inside the heater box attached to the sump. To change this you have to completely strip the machine down to the ground. Top, sides, door and inner stainless steel tub have to be removed.
You can access the heater terminals by removing the right hand side ( from front ) panel.
No heat can just as easily be a fault on the main PCB.

Assuming the terminals to be located within an oval piece of white plastic towards the back of the machine? (viewed from RHS as suggested). If so then it would seem ok as resistance was 22 ohms.
Is the main PCB the one located on the front of the machine, that contains the switches and display? If so I’ve taken a look at it, nothing obviously burnt but 3 or 4 relays I think on it. Numbers I can see printed on the plastic surroundings:
