DWF B10 Dishwasher Beeping

Hi ,

I have a Dishwasher (DWF B10) that is not working properly , i have only just plugged it in , it will start to fill and then after about a minute will start beeping , the start light flashes 6 times in sequence , any help would be much appreciated.

A Whirlpool from Ikea?

No fill detected in the time allowed. I would suggest that the water is not turned on or that you have trapped the fill hose when you shoved the appliance back under the worksurface.

The dishwasher is in the middle of the kitchen , i.e. not under a worksurface.

I have taken the left side cover off and can see water going in to the strange flat plastic water tank thing on the side. Shortly after the water goes into this the beeping starts and the fill stops

The fault is still no fill detected in the time allowed. As it’s brand new, it’s time to ring Whirlpool. Don’t tell them you’ve had a peek…..
