I have a dwf 40 dishwasher. I’ve recently changed the inlet valve due to water being found in tub very morning. In doing this I turned the machine upside down. On restarting machine I put it through its test programme. It failed this with error codes being displayed, 1 + 3 flashing. Book says the possible causes are Circulation Pump, capacitor, filters blocked, pressure sensor.

Circulation system including pump is ok, as water is being delivered and sprayed around tub.

I have noticed that just before the fault occurs, I opened door and the tub is very full of water before it drains off.

I believe it is the pressure switch or sensor. Is there a way of testing this system?

BIG MISTAKE. You should never, ever turn any domestic appliance that uses water, upside down.

The damage you may well have done could be causing error messages.
