Oh please. Putting Ariel in to a machine instead of Bold is no where near the same as putting petrol in to a diesel car! Overdosing or under dosing will cause poor wash results and after a HUGE amount of time if overdosing may cause problems, but in this instance, this does not apply as the OP has now stated that he had faulty components.

We can find no record at all of you and, all out machines are registered so this is most perplexing.

In fact think that you are a liar and that you do not own and, have never owned an ISE product. I think that you are little more than a troll here to cause trouble. You could be a competitor or, you might be someone that just has a dislike of the people here or, even just ISE.

But until you can provide some proof that you are an actual real person, you’re no more than an annoyance and nobody should pay any attention to you at all.

Hmm, I wonder. Given the lack of any proof that you are even an ISE customer or ever have been.

You’ve been called out on it, give me the proof that you own one or are an ISE customer at all.

For the people that read this after the event, there are a number of people that would dearly love to see ISE fail. It either doesn’t suit them from a customer service perspective, business model perspective or whatever else, goodness only knows why. Maybe the mice or cats are getting too rebellious, I’m very confused about that.

But, it doesn’t negate that simple fact that the guy posting all this crud is a complete and utter fake, a liar. Unless of curse he or she can provide evidence to the contrary, which I doubt very, very much.

So far as I can see, you can’t buy again as you never bought one in the first place so, that makes you a liar or a plant for a competitor.

I will talk to someone that attacks any business I am involved in in any way I please just as I will defend ISE customers and dealers in the same way and you, thus far, are just trying to cause trouble for all, no more.

In the absence of any details that you are an ISE customer, you’re a liar on to cause said trouble and that being the case, I can talk to you however I please given the accusations being made by you.

Of course I could seek legal redress for slander and seek your actual identity from your ISP.
