Dyson Ball DC25 Animal

Problem is brush wont turn. Disconnected brush head from machine & connected directly to supply & it works so brush head OK.but nothing when back on machine. Swith on handle seams OK & main motor in ball works. Is there a micro switch in handle assy for brush motor? Dont like these machines horrible to work on not engineer friendly. Need help please.

There is usually a little red reset button on the left hand side of the brushroll housing on the ball machines (looking at machine from the front). Have you tried that ?

Thanks Don no red button to reset & brush runs when connected to supply so fault not in brush head

There is a brush roll on / off switch on the wand ( usually red button with a brush roll symbol on it)as well as the main machine on / off switch.
