Hi
I have a Dyson CR01 washing machine with a F11 fault showing (No motor action )
I have never dealt with a Dyson washer before but this is for a neighbour with a disabled son and Dyson are saying 3 weeks before they can look at this.
Do they have carbons ? if so what are they like to do ?
and where is the best place for spares on these

It has two (2) CESET drive motors, so you’ll have the brushes in the van. Beyond that, it’s all through Dyson.
