    I have got 2 of these in with the same fault they wont pick up by the brushroll I have replaced the brushrolls and there is plenty of suction. the only fault I can find is, it looks like the head should be closer to the floor.
    Has anyone got any ideas.

    Split “internal hose” down at the bottom ❓

    Hose is not split there is plenty of suction
