    Our DC14 lost power today and showed signs of arcing. Removing the motor didn’t show any obvious problems with it so wondered if it could just be the suppressor. Would be worth trying anyway I guess if I could get one but no joy in finding one and there’s nothing that suggests what it’s value is.

    So, any thoughts? Anyone know what it’s value is or what might work in it’s place at least as a test?

    Otherwise, it’s a new motor I guess.

    It will not be the supp/cap at all,I’m afraid your barking up the wrong tree.

    New motor is the only way to go.
