Good morning i have just been asked to repair a dyson dc21 with the motor not turning in the brush head its powered by wiring through a telescopic tube as far as i can tell theres no power going to the brush just wondering if anybody has any experience of these machines not sure what voltage should come out of the socket on the vac also theres 3 pins any ideas would be great thanks Larry.
These dysons usually have a reset switch at the side of the brush head, depending on when jt was manufactured.. If it doesent, check for 230v DC at the socket.. If you have power its usually the motor thats knackered… Havent worked on a DC21 forma long time..but its a common fault with the uprights DC24 and 25..
