dyson washer

got a dyson washer to look at tomorrow afternoon fault is only one half of drum is turning(front half) are these things easy to work on and get parts for? or is parts only from dyson? any help would be great

Hi Tony,
look for a small motor at the rear of the gearbox assy, see if it turns the outer ring gear abt 60 degrees when the appliance enters conta rotate mode, i suspect the gearbox might be at fault but check that motor first.

i have 4 of these machines for parts only so let me know how you get on.
