dyson washing machine (5ys +old)

(sorry no model Number) customer tells me door wont open,suspect Interlock jammed, I am asking as I dont know mush about this make.
would this be a strightforward interlock fault, or could it also involve pcb as well.

Personally I’d send them back to Dyson, it’s a hat full of trouble and a bit of a pig of thing.

In the gallery there’s some photos of the guys taking one apart at one of the meetings. It was horrid.

Only ever changed pumps on Dysons & that was an hours worth of cursing & struggling with recessed torx fittings (Dyson speciality :rolls: ) to get the front off.. that made me so late for my next call i did’nt test machine & was rewarded by a call that evening advising me the bloody thing flooded the kitchen!! The pressure sw pipe passes through the front panel & into an integrated press sw.. easy to forget to put back on! 😳

Anyway, this isnt helping you is it.. seriously though, i would leave well alone 😯
