E 1 error code on Smeg washer dryer WDI 147D-1

Hi, Can any body help, I have checked the float trip switch under the drum and that seems ok.
But the water intake hose has a bad kink in it, looks like it’s been run over with a forklift?
I know that somehow? this hose has a water cutoff as well but not sure how it communicates with the washer as there is no connecting wire. Fitted a normal intake hose and still no water going into the machine and still E1 error code.
New hose £126, any suggestions much appreciated

I think E1 on that model is a fill error but can’t find out for sure, however, I don’t know who’s telling you it’s that much for the hose as they’re having a laugh as you can see here:

Check the valves are all okay as well, they’re built into the dispenser assembly that you can see here:
