ParticipantHello there !
Well, it seems I have a problem as well with my dishwasher.. It is a Bosch SBV63M00AU/44 and the screen displays the E-15 error which means, according to the website as :
“Water in base
Float sensor in the base has been activated. You can try to empty the base and restart the dishwasher as you will find noted many times in the forums but, if there is a leak this error code will simply be displayed again, you must find the cause of the leak.”
So, I’ve cleaned the filter, prised out the white pump cover and checked the impeller wheel which seems working fine.
I have found the manual for this dishwasher but I’m pretty sure I’ve tried everything…
This is the link to download the instructions manual :This second link is fowarding to the technicals aspects of the dishwasher (pages 22 – 23 for cleaning) :
In case these links aren’t working, this is the main website where to search for Bosch dishwashers :

I haven’t tried yet to pull out the machine from its emplacement.
I’ll try to cut the water & electrical inputs first.
I’ll keep you posted.
EDIT : After cutting the water and the electrical inputs, i’ve waited a few seconds. Then I turned back on the machine, the screen kept displaying the same Error.BUT, after 2 minutes of “self-pumping”, the pump stopped and the error stopped displaying. It came back to normal !
Well, for now though…
Hope this will help to anyone with this machine.
Note : This error came after putting some dishwasher liquid into the machine (big mistake), some fluffy mousse/foam came out. I had to clean it up completely.
