I have a Electrolux commercial microwave model MW1800 which after 10 seconds of use puts up error EE3 Can anyone help with what this means and possible part numbers

Same as Therma, the PNC code is 94760216800, theres no service info available with error codes though, is the operations manual with the appliance? Likely its listed in it.
All microwave ovens are the same basically so test the components as you would a domestic oven taking the same precautions obviously.
