been here today rental property cust sying no dry.when on dry everything works fine except no heat and there is no neutral to the heaters all stats seem fine.has anybody had this before as cust says it does sometimes work fine ❓ .any ideas.

I’m pretty sure similar faults to this have been discussed on here before but maybe under the equivalent Zanussi model numbers. Suggest a search something like “Zanussi AND drying”.
