E10 on Electrolux washer/drier EWX14450W

We are getting an E10 on Electrolux washer/drier EWX14450W (PNC 914 606 001 (01)). The drier section fan and heating elelment will not initialise – the machine starts ok in “drier mode” – water valve, drum rotation and pump all ok, but no heating or fan action. Stats/TOC all ok, elements check out ok. After about 5 mins an E10 fault shows up.
Can anyone help with a faults chart and hopefully the diagnostics leaflet for this machine? And any suggestions on where we go from here.

E10s = Not filling

Tap closed or mains pressure is insufficient, the drain hose incorrectly
positioned, water fill solenoid faulty perhaps, leaks from the pressure switch hose/vessel, pressure switch faulty, wiring faulty,PCB faulty

I have also had broken wire to the thermistor connected to the hose at bottom of condenser causing this problem.

Drier condenser valve coil O/C.

Very embarrassing but I realised I had the water supply off when I ran the tests.(hence the E10) 😥
…however the customer is adamant that the dryer function is not heating. The machine performs perfectly doing the washes. But no heat from the dryer. Could someone be kind and send me the diagnostics pgm?? 😀

Still have a situation of no heat or fan when on drying cycles. Could anyone send me the test procedure/diagnostics for this machine? Be most grateful. I have them for earlier machines but not this one.
