I know this is a bit of a long shot, but i’m going out to a Zanussi washer tommorrow, unfortunatley i havent been told the model number, just that its got the error code E90.

I was just wondering if anybody out there knows the fault codes, I’m hoping it is quite a universal one on the Zanussi’s and not model number dependent.

Anyway thank for your help as always guys

Re: “E90” on a zanussi washer

    configuration code error……is E90

The wiring, Pcb and display boards have to be checked, possibilities are reconfiguring the pcb , pcb swop etc. We have had a few where the pump has taken out the board….check pump carefully before powering up a new board.

If you are unable to find fault, try checking individual components for failure B4 ordering new Pcb.

    Cheers Kevin for the info.

Thats not exactly the news I was hoping for. I hate swapping these new boards and trying to config them.

Anyway thanks again for the info.

funny enough, actually not funny at all, I had to fit one on an AEG today, and it was not the first one this machine has had as the config code was not marked on the old module (thank you proffessional Service force agent!) so I had to re fit the old module to read the code and note it down. (not sure what you would do if this was not possible) anyway after config the E90/E93 number came up and it took ages to work it out, some config codes are “B” and others “6” but on the led display these are dead easy to confuse and thats what I did. Once sorted away it went. One to look out for I think.
Dont forget to memorise the code after configuring it, The manuals are on the TDS disk.
